The apartment comfortably sleeps four (2 double bedrooms) and there is an additional double sofa bed in the lounge.

There are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious patio has views directly overlooking the sea and the island of Dragonera – a nature reserve.

There is direct access to the sea via the rocks, a small boat mooring
and stepladder access directly to the sea.

There is a short walk to San Telm village where fresh bread and croissants can be bought every morning.

There are ample restaurants and cafes with local shops, supermarkets and a variety of cafes and restaurants in neighbouring villages.
